THE COACH: MICHèle boon

I’m a certified Level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer, but my journey doesn’t stop with just the certifications. For me, this is just the beginning. I’m constantly expanding my knowledge, training under an experienced coach myself, and diving deep into powerlifting, bodybuilding, and strength training techniques to offer my clients the best, most up-to-date coaching.

I specialize in muscle hypertrophy and powerlifting, areas where I’ve developed a deep and practical understanding of how to build strength and size efficiently. As a competitive powerlifter myself, I’m not just coaching theory—I’m living it. I understand firsthand the dedication, discipline, and strategic planning required to reach the next level in your strength training journey.

There are so many well-known male coaches in this industry, but I’m here to add to the female side of it. My mission is to breake barriers and provide clients with valuable, results-driven guidance that leads to real transformation.

I’m not just here to help you achieve your goals—I want to help you fall in love with the process. Strength training isn’t just about lifting weights; it’s about discovering your true potential, challenging yourself, and seeing progress that fuels your passion. Let’s work together to make it happen and create results that matter, both physically and mentally.

MY FITNESS JOURNEY

My fitness journey began during lockdown when I was 36kg and determined to change my body. I started out with bodyweight exercises and minimal weights, mainly focusing on building curves in the right places. Because I didn’t have access too much weight, I had to completely dial in on technique, which laid the foundation for everything that followed.

Nutrition, however, was a major challenge in the beginning. I struggled to get enough calories to fuel my goals, but over time I learned how to effectively manage my nutrition. Today, I’ve navigated through multiple bulks and cuts and have doubled the weight I started with, reaching 73kg! It’s been an incredible journey—one that proves how hard work & coaching can pay off.

What truly motivates me to keep going is the feeling of being strong. There’s nothing quite like hitting a new personal best; that sense of accomplishment and growth is what keeps me pushing forward. Of course, the physical changes are rewarding, but it’s that strength and progress that drives me the most.

As I continued to grow in my training, I decided to take my hard work to the next level by competing in powerlifting. Putting my dedication to the test in competitions has been an incredible experience, and I’ve got more scheduled in the future. I’m disciplined in my approach, always striving for the next achievement. My optimism keeps me focused, knowing that every challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow.
