We’ll begin with an online video consultation, where I’ll take the time to understand your goals and work with you to refine them. This step is essential to ensure we’re aligned on what we’re working toward and how to achieve this together—it’s a team effort. This is also your chance to ask any questions you might have about working together, so we can start this journey with clarity.

This coaching is for lifters who want to take their strength, physique and mindset to the next level. You already lift with purpose — now you want structure, clarity, and expert guidance to keep progressing.

No problem! Competition prep is completely optional. Some of my clients train purely to get stronger and more confident, while others decide that they want to compete. I’ll support you either way.

You can apply for coaching directly through my website. Once you fill out the form, I’ll get in touch within 24 hours to discuss your goals and see if we’re the right fit. If we decide to move forward, I’ll walk you through the onboarding process step by step.

You can cancel at any time if you’re on a monthly plan, or pause with notice if needed. For commitment-based plans (3 or 6 months), we’ll review case by case — life happens, and I’m flexible when communicated in advance.

Expect structure, direction, and full support. I’ll guide you through every step — from setting goals and learning your lifts to tracking progress and building confidence. You’ll always know exactly what to do and why you’re doing it.

My primary focus is on coaching women, as my approach and community are tailored to the female lifting experience. However, I occasionally take on male clients if the fit is right — feel free to reach out and ask.
